Diet-Food Organic Gluten-Free Millet Pasta is an exceptionally simple two-ingredient pasta – certified organic millet (Panicum miliaceum, common millet) and water. Free from eggs, wheat and soya – making it a natural alternative for those with coeliac disease, gluten intolerance or following a vegan diet.
Classic spaghetti shape. Once cooked, the pasta has a delicate, slightly nutty flavour – typical of millet. Perfect in Asian vegetable soups (ramen, pho), stir-fries with vegetables in a wok, pasta salads and one-pot dishes. Origin: China (organic).

Usage
A natural alternative to wheat pasta for people with coeliac disease, gluten intolerance, those on a vegan diet, or anyone looking for a simple, organic product. It works well in Asian soups (ramen, pho, miso), stir-fries with vegetables in a wok, pasta salads (with sesame, coriander, soy sauce), one-pot dishes and classic pasta dishes – spaghetti aglio e olio.
Method
Place the pasta in cold water and bring to the boil. Then reduce the heat and cook for 4–5 minutes (shorter than classic wheat spaghetti). Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water – this will stop it cooking further and prevent it from sticking. Add to the prepared sauce or dish. Water ratio: 1 litre per 100 g of pasta, a pinch of salt for cooking.
Storage
Store in a tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place.
