Aliness proSkin Fish Collagen + Elastin Complex is a dietary supplement in powder form, supplied in individual sachets to be dissolved in water, with a cherry flavour. The collagen hydrolysate is sourced from the skins of wild cod — on average 96% type I collagen and 4% type III collagen. The manufacturer holds FOS® (Friend of the Sea) certification, confirming that the fish are caught sustainably, with respect for the marine environment. The fishing and collagen production take place within the European Union. The formula also contains Elastin F from fish, as well as vitamins A, C and E.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen production to ensure the skin functions properly, whilst vitamin A helps maintain healthy skin. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress, and vitamin C complements the antioxidant effect.
