The blend, created on the basis of lemon balm, hawthorn and lavender and chamomile, allows for a gentle calming of the state of tension in the body. St. John's Wort and St. John's Wort are among the adaptogens that have a direct effect on the endocrine system, including the stimulation of serotonin reuptake.
