Suggested use:
Adults: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per day.
Children and sensitive persons: 1 to 4 drops per day.
Before taking your preferred dose, remove the cod liver oil from the fridge and set on the countertop for two minutes. Then shake! This procedure will allow the oil to mix properly and ensure that the taste of the oil remains constant.
