Intended use

A flavouring and sweetener for coffee, tea, cocoa, cocktails, smoothies, porridge, baby food, pancakes, yoghurt, sweet quark, cream desserts, cakes and ice cream. Versatile in baking – as an alternative to classic vanilla sugar or vanilla extract.

Directions for use

Add 1–5 drops of flavouring to food or drinks. In cake batter: 5–10 drops per 24 cm sponge cake. In coffee/tea: 1–2 drops per cup. Shake before use. Do not consume the flavouring undiluted. Add gradually – the intense vanilla flavour is easy to overdo.

Storage
