Naturalne Aromaty Essential Oil Grapefruit - 10 ml

Natural grapefruit essential oil is used for physical overload (e.g. muscles, tendons, ligaments) and mental overload, exhaustion, as well as in stressful situations. It rebuilds used energy resources, stimulates mental and physical recovery, visualizes and strengthens the overloaded nervous system. It nurtures harmony and balance. It is a potent anti-depressant oil, tonifying the nervous and digestive systems. It stimulates intestinal function, eliminates the feeling of lethargy, strengthens the circulatory system.

Directions for use:

• Massage: For massage, mix 3-5 drops with one tablespoon of carrier oil such as grape seed, olive oil, etc.
• Bathing: For bathing, 10-15 drops per tub of lukewarm water, administer in a stream of infused water.
• Falling asleep: Sprinkle a corner of your pillow with essential oil to help you fall asleep.
• Laundry: Add your favorite aroma to laundry detergent or sprinkle on washed clothes.
• Washing: Pour a few drops of any fragrance oil into a bucket of water to mop the floor.
• Air freshening: Soak a gauze pad and pull it in at the beginning of vacuuming to aromatize the air.
• Car: Sprinkle oil of your favorite scent on the windshield wiper under the door of the house or in the car;
  Soak a dried car tree or refill an empty air freshener cartridge.
