Possible ways to prepare meals from 10 months of age

Meal with modified milk: Prepare 170 ml of milk (according to the instructions on the packet), pour in 3-4 tablespoons of porridge (approx. 18 g), mix well, do not boil. Serve at a temperature of approx. 37 °C.

Milk-free cereal porridge with fruit: Mix 20 g porridge (approx. 4 tablespoons) with 100 g fresh fruit or 100 g blended fruit and 1 teaspoon organic baby oil. If necessary, add water (boiled, 50 degrees C). Do not heat in the microwave.
