Usage

Juice for adding to tea, meat and fish marinades, vinaigrette sauces, salad dressings, sorbets, lemonades and non-alcoholic cocktails. It is also great for drizzling over fresh vegetables (avocados, artichokes), in desserts and as a natural acidifier for dishes. Vegan, gluten-free.

Directions

The juice is ready to use. Add to taste – typically a teaspoon per cup of tea or 1–2 tablespoons per portion of marinade. For a dressing: mix 1 part juice with 3 parts olive oil and seasoning. Shake before use. Once opened, store in the fridge and use within 10 days.
