The spray is formulated with high-quality rapeseed oil – valued for its thermal stability and neutral taste. The addition of carnauba wax provides lubricating properties, whilst sunflower lecithin acts as a natural emulsifier, improving the evenness of the spray.

Usage

A practical kitchen tool for frying in a pan, grilling, baking in the oven, and greasing tins and baking trays. Ideal for frying eggs, meat and pancakes, as well as for baking cakes, muffins and bread. Prevents food from sticking and makes it easier to remove from tins. Suitable for home and professional use (catering, baking). The neutral taste of rapeseed oil complements both sweet and savoury dishes.

Directions for use

Before use, shake the container thoroughly to ensure the ingredients are well mixed. Spray the product evenly onto cold surfaces, adjusting the amount as required. The optimal spraying distance is approximately 20–30 cm from the surface to be greased. Suitable for frying pans, saucepans, baking tins, baking trays and grill grates.

Ingredients

Vegetable oils (rapeseed), thickening agent, carnauba wax, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. Propellant: propane / butane / isobutane.

Precautions

Extremely flammable aerosol. Pressurised container: may burst if heated. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. Do not smoke. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source.

Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and sunlight.
